These Terms of service outline the rules and conditions for using my website and purchasing my products.

1.General information:

This website is operated by Artbite Creations by Jelena. By visiting my site and/or purchasing something from me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms and policies referenced here.

2.Product and Services:

All my products: jewelry and and artwork are handmade-handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. Slight variations in color, size, or texture may occur, which is part of their unique nature. I reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment:

Prices are listed in USD. I reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is due at checkout and must be completed before your order is processed.

4.Shipping and Delivery:

Delivery Times depend on your location and shipping carrier. Once the order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Please note that once an item has been shipped , I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, custom, or other circumstances beyond my control.

I offer Free shipping in the USA and free shipping worldwide on orders abobe $99.00. If you need to return a custom made jewelry item for resizing, buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. 

For international shipping-please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes imposed by your country. These charges fees are the buyer's responsibility. Customs processing may also cause additional delays in delivery time.

5.Returns, Refund and Exchange: 

Non custom items- if your item arrives damaged or incorect you may request a refund. To qualify, items must be unworn, in original condition and include photo of the issue. Because each pice is unique i cannot offer exchange -only refund.

Custom made items: Custom made jewelry is made intuitively with crystals and stones selected for your horoscope sign (you choose the color of the threads and size). For that reason crystals and stones cannot be exchanged. If the size is incorrect, you may return the item for resizing. Shipping coast for sending the item back are buyer's responsibility, shipping from Artbite back to you is free. If you dont want to return and resize refund is only available if the item arrives damaged upon delivery- in that case please provide photo as soon as item has been delivered.

I am not responsible for stolen or lost packages once they are marked as delivered by carrier. 

How to request a return or refund: please email me at artbitebyjelena@gmail.com with your order number and reason for returning or refund. Please attach clear photos of the item if it is dameged or incorect. I will respond within 2-3 bussines days with next steps.

6.Taxes and Duties:

Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped within California, USA. International orders my be subject to custom fees or import duties that are the buyer's responsibility.

7.Intellectual Property:

All artwork, photography, and designs on the site are property of Atbite Creations By Jelena. Unauthorized reproduction or use is stritcly prohibited.

8.Limitation of Liability:

I am not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of my products or website.

9.Changes of Terms:

I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page.

10.Disclamer:

Crystals and stones may vary slightly in color, shape and size. Colors shown in photos may also appear different depending on screen settings. 

Not intended for children under 7 years old. Some items contain small aprts that may pose a choking hazard.

Crystals and stones are not a substitute for medical treatment, they are offerd as part of spiritual belief system.
