NON-CUSTOM ITEMS:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect you may request a refund. To qualify- items must be unworn, in original condition and include photo of the issue. Because each piece is unique and one-of-a-kind, I cannot offer replacement- only refund.
CUSTOM MADE ITEMS:
Custom made jewellery is made intuitively with crystals selected for your horoscope sign (you choose the color of the threads and size). For that reason crystals cannot be exchanged.
If the size is incorrect, you may return the item for resizing. Shipping coast for sending the item back are buyer's responsibility (unless item arrived damaged), shipping from Artbite to you is free.
If you don't want to return and resize, refund is only available if the item arrives damaged upon delivery.
I am not responsible for stolen or lost packages once they are marked as delivered by carrier.

Attach clear photos of the item if it is damaged or incorect.
